Exchange & Return Policy

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item, only after submitting an inquiry through the Q&A board. Requests sent without prior approval will be automatically returned, and the item must arrive at LANDMINEGIRL within 7 days to be processed normally.

Exchanges or returns are not available for differences in color, texture, or size caused by monitor resolution or measurement tolerances.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging as received. If any included gifts or accessories are missing, additional charges may apply.

If there are signs of wear such as outdoor use, washing, odors, cosmetic stains, or any form of damage, the item will be returned to the sender cash on delivery without prior notice.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the request is not submitted within the designated period, even in cases of long-term absence.

For exchanges or returns due to change of mind (including color or size exchanges), round-trip shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. In cases of defective items or incorrect shipments caused by the manufacturer, shipping fees will be covered by LANDMINEGIRL.

Please note that minor issues occurring during the production process—such as loose threads, chalk marks, or slight pattern irregularities—are not considered defects.

All exchange and return shipping fees must be paid via bank transfer.
